Even in stores, their certified organic Greens are much larger than backyard organically grown. Something to keep in mind.

Here is my usual Organic Morning Smoothy recipe:🥑🍌🍏🥒🍍🍌🌿

  1. Bunch of Kale
  2. Green Apple, peeled
  3. Aloe leaf
  4. Moringa powder (1 tbsp)
  5. Half of Avocado
  6. Star Fruit
  7. Mango
  8. Banana
  9. Baby Cucumber
  10. An inch of raw Turmeric root
  11. Almond Butter (1 tbs optional)
  12. Pineapple or Coconut water to taste

Mix all ingredients in your Mixer and nourish your body 🙂
