Hello, friends and welcome to my new blog. My name is Luda, and this poem truly expresses my love for the natural universe. I am passionate about Organic Green Living, Gardening, Volunteering, Herbal, and Natural Medicine, Foresting, Earthing, Cooking, Healing, Self-improvement, Pooches, and Reading.
As a former teenage rhythmic gymnast, Registered Nurse, 11 years experienced Maryland Master Gardener, mother, wife, daughter, dog lover, poetess, edible homegrown and wild plants, obsessed gardener, and an aspiring herbalist, I am overjoyed to contribute my ideas, enrich and guide anyone who is searching for a healthier, more vibrant, and improved daily function.
