~Making a great garden may not be easy as it seems, but not entirely impossible. All you need is some creativity, time, and fixtures to make your garden look great again or at least a bit more appealing. A little effort and positive thinking would be the way to start.

Plant flowers
A splash of colors can give your garden an upgrade by breaking the monotony of green and enhancing contrast. This is a cost-effective idea if you do not have the money to invest in expensive garden furniture. Interesting, you do not need to plant flowers to give your garden a nice new look. You can grow vegetables and herbs with different colored flowers.

Remove weeds
Weeds can make your garden look shabby and unappealing. Accordingly, weeds can be hiding grounds for unwanted pests and rodents. Therefore, you should consider removing weeds whenever they sprout. The best way to remove weeds from your garden is by adding mulch and gravel. On top of weed issue, sometimes, after storms, not only branches and yard debris but trees fall down. Consider asking for an emergency tree removal service to clear your space and make it ready for planting.

Use paint to create a theme
Giving your garden a touch of paint can transform it into one of the most eye-catching spots in your home. This aspect should be well-thought to ensure you create a garden theme that matches the theme around the house. Consider painting your garden furniture, plant tables, and pots with matching colors. You should not leave the fence behind. The wood paint will give your garden a boost right away. Additionally, choose a natural theme for your garden paints.

Use pots
Planting vegetables, herbs, flowers, and fruits in your garden is an excellent way to make it look better. In addition, the location of your garden is another consideration that should not be taken for granted. Pots are the most affordable, realistic, and space-saving idea for this step. With pots, you can easily change the style and maximize space use. Moreover, you can paint your pots to match them with the garden theme. You may also want to consider the pot material and sizes.

Final Thoughts
You will be surprised by how these tips can help you make your garden look great again. Additionally, this little act can inspire you to add more elegance to your home. Start with simple tasks as you make decent upgrades. Don’t forget to install a garden fence to keep away intrusive animals from your garden.

All I could muster today, was to walk around the wilder path part of my little forest garden, cutting the gone~over raspberries off and eating the ones still edible, also cutting with scissors ✂️ the bramble shoots that seems to be popping up again here and there, then coming in and flopping on the settee. It’s hot in West Wales today.

I bought a few more annuals to refresh the pots looking empty after heatwaves. Deadheaded some of the perennials. Looks much nicer! You got me thinking about replacing some cheap black plastic tubs with colorful ones. Good idea!
