I made something like this years ago and it was so yummy! Feta cheese and spinach always go well together – I have that combo in my omelet too!

I only went to the trouble to make it once, as there is/was a very good Mediterranean restaurant in town. Now I may need to go buy some phyllo and try it again. Yours looks totally yummy as well as attractive.
