Summer’s Hottest Amenity? A Private Pool

~ Once considered a nice-to-have, private pools are becoming essential for homeowners in 2020. Being able to go swimming gives one the sense of being on vacation even if stuck at home.

Friends ask to come and visit anyone who has a pool nowadays. 

What do you guys think? I have a pool and never use it… but if I had none would I feel deprived?
