~ How about a little organic and green project right in your own home? Here is a tried and verified sprouting method that works for me every single time.
Home Grown Sprouts 101:
It all started with a local purchase of Pea shoot Greens, as a snack. Dawned on me that its best and easy to grow your own, either in your own kitchen or backyard, all year round.
Here are easy steps to grow your own organic sprouts:
Purchase Organic Sprouts – I like GotSrouts company. Seeds always sprout. This time I got Wheat sprouts strictly for juicing and Pea shoots for snacking.

Love, Health, and Peace to all my friends. Make it a very green day!

Awesome! Years ago, i used to sprout wheatgrass and juice it in a juicer.
Now I use (daily) Easy Sprout sprouters. They work by utilizing the natural heat convection that occurs while seeds sprout; this circulates the moisture in the container without requiring a motor. (Seeds emit a small amount of heat as they sprout.) I find them to be the best and easiest sprouting containers. These spouters are SO Easy that it is amazing. Now my favorite sprouts (that i put in soups) are buckwheat and fenugreek. 🙂
