  1. Wow! These are WILDLY different from how our aloe blooms. The variety we have sends up a huge spike that splits into three. The top of each has an almost pine cone shape, and each “scale” is an individual flower. As they bloom, it keeps getting longer and the flowers get further apart.

    What a difference!
