Hey friends ~
~ These are unusual times. While our day-to-day routines have changed pretty dramatically, it is important to remember that we can still seek joy, peace, and health.
We might need to keep some physical distance from each other for a while, but we don’t need to shut ourselves in. The outdoors is still open for business (just remember to practice social distancing!). Earth and outdoor spaces are still open for mental, physical and emotional catharsis. I invite you to move your body, breathe the fresh air, and strengthen your spirit in the safe haven that’s always been there – Nature.
As being a part of Earthing community and committed to celebrating and protecting Mother Nature, let’s not forget that this relationship is symbiotic – we can count on her to help take care of us, too.
Get your Sunshine, Fresh Air, Negative Ions and Earth yourself, while touching trees, plants, shrubs and soaking in the bright blue sky. Boost your immunity for the better tomorrow.
Elbow bump and full of Hope, light, and love.
Make it a very grounding, introspective, nutritious and safe day.
Until next time, dear friends.

Stay safe Luda and thanks for visiting my post.
Hand over heart was alternative suggestion to hand shaking which is a regular practice in The Gambia.
Today my ‘Big Issue’ Romanian newspaper seller (homeless organisation) offered this gesture & realised he always does it ❤️🙏🌻
