~Transformations come in packages big and small.
Forest bathing prioritizing your mental health and physical wellbeing.
Nature reminds us of how important to leave our house, shut off the phone and live in the NOW.
Going outside and centering yourself in nature, means Forest Bathing. Even if you are at the beach, you are grounding and healing yourself.
Most important when you have contact with nature, associate that feeling with feeling GOOD. It’s quite simple for that is the truth that our body senses.
When the weather does not cooperate, nature-related imagery, such as photographs and paintings on the wall or even images on computer reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure, and reduce pain. You can have relief right at on your working desk.
And of course, a little green plant near the computer or on your windowsill would be an easy enough addition for your personal contact with nature.
Happy Grounding, Foresting, and Rebalancing to carry you through the week, my dear friends.

To be in tune with nature as your post and the fine images suggest is the beginning of awareness whence we are coming and hither we are going. Have aa great week, Luda!

Great post. We always find God and the Divine in nature that is why it makes us feel so good. Nature oozes with Divinity so healing.

Right, Tom. Perhaps, sprayng with natural oils, such as citronella would work well.

You are certainly right about grounding. The man laying with his back in the grass is me but in the sand on the beach looking up at the sky and listening to the sea, studying the colours in the sky at sunset and watching the seagulls overhead,
nature-related imagery is extremely uplifting
