Earthing will promote faster healing, shedding unwanted attachments, revive the soul and replenish your spirit. The physical body will restructure its own DNA just by spending time outside in Nature. Healing is abundant and readily available to everyone. All you have to do is step into Nature.

  1. So beautiful. I had an amazing grounding experience at the beach yesterday. As I left the beach I felt amazing and my feet felt like they were magnets to the ground. It didn’t feel heavy or uncomfortable but felt so connected to mother earth. Great post !
